I read a great review of this product in Consumer Reports, so I ordered this in hopes of getting rid of my old blender. It is great - the design of having the blades in the master unit instead of at the bottom of the container is brilliant! Easy cleanup, easy access to the blended food. It truly does make short work of ice cubes, for smoothies! The one drawback is the extra storage space -- since there are three containers of different sizes, it takes about twice the shelf space of my one blender. But I will gladly do that for the added convenience and easy cleanup.
